How We Work

How We Work

Why a design sprint?

With a product roadmap in your hands thanks to our Strategy Workshop, it's now time to design your product, prototype it, and test it. We will build it together in only one week.

  • From idea to reality
  • Challenge your ideas
  • Why not jumping straight into coding?
  • Start visualizing UML diagrams
  • Test and verify UML diagrams with requirements
  • Start designing Mockups
  • Validate Mockups with approval from client
  • Start coding with proper Agile (Scrum): Epic, User Story, Task with Sprint Planning
  • Deliver user stories agreed to deliver in the current sprint
  • Standup, Retrospection, Planning, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog are our DNA process

Our Process of Converting Idea to MVP

Our 5-day design sprints follow our unique process, drawing on the methodology developed by Google Ventures and combining it with our experience of working with hundreds of software innovators.

Process Flowchart

Monday

Understanding & Mapping the Problem. Our first objective is to truly understand the problem your idea will solve for its users. This first day is essential for helping us understand your customers' needs and ensure you're looking to solve a real problem for users.

Tuesday

Understanding & Mapping the Problem. Our first objective is to truly understand the problem your idea will solve for its users. This first day is essential for helping us understand your customers' needs and ensure you're looking to solve a real problem for users.

Wednesday

Identifying Core Functionalities & Creating Mockups. At this stage, we select the one solution that best solves the problem for your users. From there, we work to identify the core functionality that's required to test out this idea as a viable solution.

Thursday

Developing a Clickable Prototype & User Testing Scenarios. The fourth day is spent developing a clickable prototype of your software idea. This is where you see your idea really come to life for the first time and turn from an idea on paper to a real product.

Friday

On the final day of the design sprint, we get real users to test out your prototype. This means you start getting real, actionable feedback on your idea just five days after starting the development process. This helps guide further product development by keeping development aligned with what your users really need.

The Result

The result is a non-functional clickable prototype. After only five days, you will have a clickable prototype that you can share with your target customers to begin getting valuable feedback on your idea and start testing out the assumptions behind your innovation.
