Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exempt items: Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Additional Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at sales@brvteck.com and send the item to:

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
